Assault victim asked to come forward

Police in Swindon have appealed for woman who was allegedly physically attacked in the town centre at lunchtime today to contact them.
The force was contacted by a member of the public who said he had witnessed an unprovoked assault on a woman who was walking along Station Road outside the old council offices.
The alleged incident happened at 12.20pm.
Officers went to the scene and a man was arrested and taken to Gablecross Police Station.
PC David Thompson said: "We are extremely keen to hear from a woman of Asian appearance who was walking with a child along Station Road shortly after midday today.
"We would like to ask her what happened.
"She should contact Wiltshire Police on 101 and ask for the Local Crime Team at Gablecross quoting reference number 54120089163.
"We are also keen to hear from anyone else who might have witnessed what occurred."
