Coun Doreen Dart, who passed away last Friday
A DATE has been set for a memorial to Coun Doreen Dart, who died last Friday.
The service is being organised by the council and will take place on November 19 at Christ Church, in Old Town, at noon.
A private funeral service is being held at an earlier date.
