Public to get peek at blog (From This Is Wiltshire)

CORSHAM Community Area Network (CCAN) will feature Wiltshire Council’s online noticeboard and blog at an information evening.

Residents can find out about the site at Corsham Town Hall on Tuesday, October 30, from 6.30pm.

The resource, which is under development, will list events in Corsham, Colerne, Box, Lacock and other areas covered by CCAN.

Christine Reid, who chairs CCAN, said: “This is an important meeting for the future of the area partnership and we hope the new plan in particular will provide an incentive for residents to engage with their community.”

The aim of the blog and notice board is to urge residents to become a part of the community and find out more about groups and societies which might be of interest.

CCAN’s annual general meeting will take place in the Town Hall at 7pm following the information session.
