Crash near Devizes closes A360 for five hours

Two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash on the A360 yesterday.
They were the driver and passenger in a black Citroen C3 which left the road at about 10.05am.
The car was travelling north of Littleton Panell towards Devizes. It left the road on a bend between the turning for Great Cheverell and Black Dog crossroads.
The road was closed for five hours while police investigated the accident.
Witnesses are asked to contact Wiltshire Police’s serious collision investigation team on 101.

The arrival of the 50mph limit is the first step in a long campaign to have the A360 downgraded to a B road.
Hope the drivers make a full recovery.

They have just made it a 50 mile an hour limit but how many take notice of this. The two people were seriouse injured how long before someone is kill.This stretch of road had been the seen of many accidents over the years.
