A 21-year-old who is accused of robbing the same man twice over a six week period has been released on bail by a judge.
Rhys Carey is said to have carried out the first offence on Gipsy Lane, Swindon, on Monday September 10, taking £4.
He is then accused of robbing the same victim in the town on Friday October 19, making off with £15.
No charges were formally put to Carey, of Bath Road, Devizes, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday March 15 when he is due to indicate whether her is guilty or not.
He released him on bail on condition he does not have contact with witnesses and stays out of Swindon.
