Four facing trial after burglary at house (From This Is Wiltshire)

TWO men and a youth are to face trial after being accused of carrying out a burglary while armed with an imitation firearm.

A fourth man was charged with assisting an offender after it was alleged he concealed the imitation firearm for one of the men.

Barry Bramble, 19, Rowell Bramble, 24, and a 17-year-old all denied aggravated burglary at Swindon Crown Court.

It is alleged they had the imitation firearm when they went to a house in Alfred Street, with the intent to steal, on September 9.

Amin Adan, 31, denied assisting an offender by concealing the item for Rowell Bramble on the same day.

Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to April 16, when the four are to stand trial on the charges.

Barry, of Millennium Way, Cirencester, was released on bail on condition he lives at home, reports to the police station, has no contact with witnesses and stays out of Wiltshire.

Rowell, of Stoke Newington, north London, must observe a night-time curfew, not contact witnesses and stay out of Swindon.

The teenager, who is living with his aunt in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, was told to live and sleep as directed by children’s services and to stay out of Swindon.

Adan, of Broad Street, Swindon, was told to have no contact with witnesses or go to Alfred Street.
