Do London run for charity for deaf and blind people
SENSE, the charity for deafblind people, is offering budding athletes from Swindon the chance to achieve the ambition of a lifetime and run the Virgin London Marathon.
The charity, which provides services across the south west region, has an allocation of gold bond places on offer for the famous race in April.
Tara Hamdi from Sense said: “The Virgin London Marathon is one of the greatest in the world but getting a place is hard, so Sense wants to offer local runners the chance to run for a cause close to home. Whether you are a marathon veteran or a first timer we offer unlimited support all the way through this unique experience.”
If you would like to run for Sense and can raise a minimum sponsorship, register online at www.sense.org.uk/ londonmarathon, call the Marathon Hotline on 0845 127 0063 or email marathon@sense.org.uk.
The closing date is February 1.
