A new men-only charity event is aiming to raise funds for Dorothy House and the Bath Rugby Foundation.
The Bath Men’s Walk, which takes place on February 23, is an eight-mile walk from Dorothy House to Bath Rugby’s Recreation Ground.
Organiser Philippa Watson said: “We have always had terrific support from the men for the women’s Midnight Walk.
“They have been invaluable as stewards and marshals on the night, but they have often asked for an event they could actually be fully involved in.
“So we got together with Bath Rugby and came up with the idea of this all-new, men-only walk.
“We hope this joint event will become a regular fixture on the Bath calendar and an important fund-raiser for both charities, who are aiming to raise £20,000 from the event.
“It promises to be a fantastic men-only day out, so do please sign up and encourage your friends and colleagues to do so, too.”
