Drivers facing delays on M4

DRIVERS are currently facing delays on the M4 due to a broken down vehicle.
The incident has closed one lane of the motorway, eastbound between junctions 17 and 16 at 5pm.
Snow flurries on the stretch of road are also causing slow traffic and delays.
