Firefighters and paramedics are at the scene of a large fire in Southwick, Trowbridge, this evening.
Crews from Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to a warehouse in Poplar Tree Lane, Southwick, owned by Frome Scaffolding.
Five fire engines plus the incident control from Devizes are at the scene. Three ambulances with paramedics are also on standby.
There are thought to be 50 firefighters at the scene.
An eye witness said: "The fire started about 7.20pm ans was put out about 9pm. Firefighters were worried that there were gas cannisters in the building and fuel on site."
Police are investigating reports of a break-in.
Officers have closed of Poplar Tree Lane and surrounding roads.
