Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council is urging residents to take part in a community event that will take its Neighbourhood Plan to the next stage.
The event, which takes place on the ground floor of the Civic Centre on Saturday from 10am until 3pm, is open to everyone.
Mayor Mike Leighfield, chairman of the council’s Neighbourhood Planning Steering Group, said: “This is all about the development of the town over the next 20 years and beyond, what gets built and where the infrastructure and facilities will go.”
The Neighbourhood Plan is set within the boundaries of the town but will take villages and towns on its borders into consideration when plans might impact upon them.
To attend the event, email Mark Goodman at Mark@CommonPlaces.co.uk or call Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council on (01793) 850222. Refreshments will be provided.
