THREE branches of the Original Factory Shop have selected their charity partners for 2013.
Each of the stores – in Corsham, Melksham and Warminster – posted a poll on their Facebook pages, asking customers which charity they would like to support for the coming year.
The Corsham branch, in the Martingate Centre, will raise funds for the Genesis Trust, helping homeless and vulnerable people in Bath.
Store manager Catherine Symons said: “We received a fantastic response. We’re very excited about raising money for the Genesis Trust and we’ll be meeting with them now, to make sure we take advantage of every opportunity to support them.
“I’m sure our caring customers will be right behind us and help us raise much-needed funds.”
Marie Curie Cancer Care was a clear winner in the Melksham store’s poll, while the Warminster branch, in High Street, will support the Wessex MS Therapy Centre, which provides therapy and support to sufferers.
Each store has a minimum fundraising target of £500.
