Bosses at Great Western Hospital, Swindon, are asking for nominations from the public for its annual staff excellence awards.
GWH NHS Trust staff also work at the community hospitals in Wiltshire, including Devizes, Chippenham and Savernake, and at the maternity unit at the Royal United Hospital, Bath.
Last year GWH introduced a new award – the People’s Choice Award, designed to recognise the real difference staff make to patients.
A spokesman for GWH said: “Have you received great treatment from a team or member of staff? Has a member of staff gone the extra mile in delivering your care? If so, then this is your chance to make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.”
