Paddock plan appeal lodged

AN APPEAL has been lodged by Nicola Dolman after Wiltshire Council rejected an application to build an outbuilding on an agricultural paddock north of Upper Beanacre House, Beanacre. Public comments can be left on the Wiltshire Council website, or sent to the Planning Inspectorate.

Good Lord, How can we even START to worry about Afghanistan and Syria, or dog meat in our sausages, when an item as hot as this hits the press?

Meanwhile local planning issues are traditionally published by this paper with no noticable heat.
