Warminster man cleared of racial assault

A Warminster man has been cleared of racially abusing a shop owner he was attempting to collect rent from.
Michael Turner, 60, of Elliot Farm, Friggle Street, was acquitted at Swindon Crown Court on February 7, after he was charged with racially-aggravated, intentional harassment with words.
