Man accused of Melksham GBH

A man accused of carrying out an assault in Melksham town centre has been released on bail.

Paul Burgess faces a charge of grievous bodily harm in relation to an alleged incident on Monday, December 17.

No charge was formally put to the 32-year-old, of Church Street, Melksham, at Swindon crown court, and he did not enter a plea.

The case was adjourned to Monday, April 29..
