A celebration of diversity event is being held at Bridge House in Trowbridge between 11am and 2pm on Saturday, March 9.

During the event, organised by the charity Equal Chances Better Lives visitors will have a chance to take part in a variety of sporting events, take part in craft workshops and make their own pizzas which will be cooked in a wood-burning stove.

There will be performances by the Rag and Bone Theatre Company, Urban Street Dance, Trowbridge Song Project and World Jungle Drumming.

Jewellery making demonstrations will also take place and a magician will be entertaining the crowds.

The day of fun, which will welcome, MP Andrew Murrison, Lord-Lieutenant Sarah Troughton and Trowbridge Deputy Mayor Councillor Helen Osborn as special guests, is being held to pay tribute to voluntary and community groups.
