PERRY Richardson, 24, of Tyndale Gardens, Shaftesbury Avenue, has pleaded guilty to stealing garden machinery, valued at £896, from three sheds and stealing a bicycle, power tools and foodstuffs to the value of £1,780 from another shed. The case was adjourned to March 26 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
LEE Reason, 34, of Westbury Road, Penhill, has admitted breaching a community order imposed by magistrates. He was given a 126 day curfew and must remain at his home address between 8pm and 7am from Tuesdays to Sundays.
A FRESHBROOK woman has been fined £400 for failing to ensure her child regularly attended school. The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons to avoid identifying the youngster, was also told to pay £150 costs to Swindon Council and a £15 victim surcharge.
DEAN Lowe, 31, of Phillips Place, has admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Swindon Magistrates’ Court on September 12. He was fined £10 and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.
CALLUM Sherry, 23, of Shrivenham Road, is to stand trial accused of stealing an iPhone 4S from another man. The incident is alleged to have taken place on October 11. He is due to appear before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on April 12 and was given unconditional bail until then.
A PARK North woman, has pleaded guilty to failing to secure regular the attendance of her child at school. The 44-year-old was given a six-month conditional discharge. She cannot be named for legal reasons.
BARRY Bird, 44, of Hatherleigh Court, Park North, has been found guilty of stealing a set of keys from one man and assaulting another. He had denied both charges. The case was adjourned until March 27 for a pre-sentence report.
LOUISE Cole, 39, of Braemar Close, is to appear before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on March 26 charged with failing to promptly notify the Departement of Work and Pensions of changes to circumstances which would affect her benefit entitlement.
