TV chefs get gun lessons

Kirsti Procter from All Cannings, near Devizes, appeared on the Fabulous Baker Brothers programme on Tuesday on More4.
Ms Procter is a shooting coach and riding instructor who now lives near Cheltenham. In the programme she showed celebrity chefs Tom and Henry Herbert how to shoot game, which they turned into a dish.
The filming took place last September in the Cotswolds, where Ms Procter is an instructor at the Ian Coley Shooting School.
She said: “I had a great time showing the brothers how to shoot, and how those that game shoot not only know where their food comes from but can cook up some great dishes too. The boys were naturals and I managed to get them to shoot one or two.”
The Fabulous Baker Brothers is screened on More4 on Tuesdays at 9pm.
