Ed McKeever
BRADFORD on Avon paddlers Ed McKeever and Hannah Brown have been included in Great Britain's senior sprint team for this summer's programme.
Olympic champion McKeever, who marked his return to competitive action by winning the K1 500m event at the Nottingham selection regatte last week, will race at the first two World Cups of the season, Szeged in Hungary (May 10-12) and Racice in the Czech Republic (May 17-19).
Southampton University student Brown, 23, joins the senior team for the first time after finishing second in the second K1 200m final at Nottingham.
She is expected to contest that event and the K2 500m event with in Coral Burkill in Szeged.
