A WHEELCHAIR-bound woman who is accused of twice breaching an anti-social behaviour order is to face trial by judge and jury.
Thelma Correa pleaded not guilty to breaking the conditions of the order on Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, June 6.
Because the 37-year-old is wheelchair bound the trial can not be heard at Swindon Crown Court and will be transferred to either Bristol or Salisbury.
Judge Euan Ambrose adjourned the case to a date to be fixed and released Correa, of Newhall Street, on conditional bail.
