A bright and wonderful procession bought the carnival to a fitting close on Saturday evening.
Thousands of people watched the floats as they made their way through the village, including The Egyptian-themed Night Boat to Cairo by Party Animals, the Madagascar 3 float by the Palmer Crew and Sister Act by King Alfies Lot.
More than 50 floats and walking entries made their way along the procession route, which started at Carnival Field and included the High Street and North Street.
Carnival committee chairman Bernie Bradshaw said: “There were some wonderful entries showing astounding creativity.”
The closing ceremony, presentation and prize draw took place on Sunday.
Mr Bradshaw said: “The entire carnival fortnight has been fantastic, with a buzzing atmosphere building up to the procession.
“Our thanks go to all the individuals and groups who worked so hard to ensure Pewsey Carnival was once again a great success.”
