Teams from Wiltshire battled the Tough Mudder endurance course to raise money for charity on Saturday.
Trowbridge-based company apetito’s team, of 14, raised £3,000 for Dorothy House hospice, completing the British Special Forces course in three hours.
Liam Newble, apetito’s development assistant, said: “Completing the course was certainly no mean feat, but we stuck together to ensure we all completed each obstacle at the same time and didn’t move on until the whole team had made it through each one.“ A Westbury team of 11, called Wiltshire Warriors, took on the challenge for the first time and would like to do it again next year for a charity. They finished in 3hrs 10mins.
Group member Clare Cassidy, 35, said: “We all got on really well and while it was really hard, it was also good fun.”
