A 25-YEAR-OLD who is accused of stabbing a man at a Toothill house is to face trial.
Tefferson Page denied wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
It is alleged that he assaulted 46-year-old Winston Booth in the early hours of Saturday, August 17.
Page, of Kirkstall Close, Toothill, also pleaded not guilty to an alternative charge of unlawful wounding.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Tuesday, February 25, and released Page on conditional bail until then.
He was told he must live at an address in Suffolk, observe a curfew and report to the local police force there three times a week.
He must also not enter Wiltshire, apart from court hearings, not contact Mr Burke or other witnesses, and must not go to Westminster Road, Swindon.
