Staff at Chippenham firm Fascia Graphics, raised almost £500 for Children in Need by asking staff to contribute in exchange for pizza.

The business, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, has pizza for its 60 staff every Friday at its factory on the Bath Road Industrial Estate.

For Children in Need staff were asked to contribute for their pizza. In addition the founding directors of Fascia, and the company itself, donated towards the charity.

Managing director Paul Bennett said; “Our Friday pizza lunch has gone down really well with staff since we kicked it off earlier this year, and by asking for a contribution to BBC Children in Need seemed an appropriate way to raise funds for such an important charity.”

“With the £31million raised on the night completely eclipsing the amount raised the previous year, and donations such as ours still flooding in, I’m sure that the many thousands of projects helping young children both nationally and locally will be even more successful in 2014.”

Fascia Graphics has been based in Chippenham since it was founded in 1994. It is the UK’s leading supplier of screen printed labels, membrane keypads and graphic overlays.
