A day was spent improving the environment for families living in Derriads Lane by Wiltshire Council's Chippenham community team.
In the community day on November 14, council workers cleared the graffiti from the street’s two bus shelters.
They cleared the street of litter and fallen leaves and cut back vegetation that was overhanging the footpath by Frogwell Primary School.
Peter Hutton, Wiltshire councillor for Cepen Park and Derriads, said: “I am delighted to have secured part of this community day clean-up.
"This clearly shows the commitment by both Wiltshire Council and Balfour Beatty to the street scene in our local communities.
“These localised and focused initiatives are very welcome and I hope to secure more over the coming months.”
