A judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of a teenager who robbed another lad of his trainers, after he failed to turn up at court.
Daniel Peapell was due to face sentence after admitting carrying out the offence, with a younger accomplice, on August 12. But when the 19-year-old, of Trowbridge Close, Penhill, failed to show up at Swindon Crown Court a warrant for his arrest without bail was issued. Peapell failed to turn up for a pre-sentence report on November 1 but was given a second chance.
