A Corsham care provider has been given top marks in a client survey, with 100 per cent rating it as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.
Home Instead Senior Care, which provides care workers throughout Bath and west Wiltshire from its office on Pickwick Lane, received the feedback from a satisfaction survey.
The PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence By Advancing Quality) survey also showed 91 per cent of caregivers felt happy and supported in their work.
Company owner Nick Yeatman said their commitment to customer satisfaction was the key to continuing success.
He said: “The point of the PEAQ survey is to find out if there is anything else we can do to further improve the experiences of our caregivers and staff. The results have been very pleasing.”
