Springboard Opportunity Group in Chippenham is the final good cause to receive £200 in our Sainsbury’s campaign.
The store in Chippenham wanted to bring some Christmas support to five local charities by donating £200 to each of them. The money will prove invaluable in helping children with special needs.
The other winners were Emerton’s Foundation, which supports families who have a child with autism or leukaemia; North Wilts Holiday Club, which provides activities for children and adults with physical and learning difficulties; Chippenham and District Talking Newspapers, which helps the visually impaired read local newspapers, and Wiltshire Air Ambulance, which relies on donations from the public.
Readers were asked to nominate a local charity to help Sainsbury’s in making this decision.
