Pupils at Chapmanslade Primary School celebrated the installation of a new £6,000 play trail in the school playing field recently, after a year of fundraising activities and a donation from The Fudge Trust in Warminster.

The school’s Parents, Teachers and Friends Association held fundraising events throughout the year towards the play trail, including school discos and fêtes, as well as a pub night and Mother's and Father's Day gift shops.

The Fudge Trust, which makes grants to individuals and groups in the town who apply for help, then gave £2,500 towards the 32m-long trail, which meant that it could be installed in September.
