CHIPPENHAM Town's New Year's Day trip to Hungerford Town has been postponed.

Heavy rain in Berkshire means this that this afternoon's clash at Bulpit Lane has fallen foul of the wet weather, with Mark Collier's Bluebirds suffering their second fixture postponement in ten days.

This weekend, Chippenham kick off a run of four successive Calor League Premier Division games at Hardenhuish Park, with Collier's men taking on St Neots Town.

Meanwhile, Frome Town's meeting with Bideford at Badgers Hill has also been rained off.

The Robins held a pitch inspection at 9.30am this morning but sustanined rainfall put paid to any chance of the game going ahead.

Adrian Foster's Frome travel to St Albans City next weekend.
