THE local non-league fixture list was once again wiped out by the elements yesterday.

Chippenham Town’s Southern Premier League clash with Arlesey was first to go before Highworth Town announced that their Floodlit Cup tie at Wantage Town had also fallen victim to a waterlogged pitch.

Finally, Cirencester Town could not play their Red Insure Cup third-round clash against Hungerford Town as their Corinium Stadium playing surface was considered unfit for use.

None of the games have yet been rescheduled.

Tonight Shrivenham will hope their Floodlit Cup round three clash at home to Tuffley survives the elements.
