A second man has appeared before a judge accused of stealing a bicycle from a train station.

Ricky Allen is accused of taking the pushbike, worth £400, from the station at Westbury.

No charges were put to the 20-year-old and he did not enter a plea during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.

Allen, of Oldfield Road, Westbury, is accused of taking the bike with Danny Hitt, also 20, of Clearwood View, Chapmanslade, on Friday, August 23.

Allen was released on conditional bail and will appear back at court with Hitt on Friday, February 21.
