Children from Wylye Coyotes Afterschool Club celebrated reaching the finals of a national cooking competition to find the most creative sweet or savoury berry recipe.
The club, at Wylye Valley Primary School, is one of eight regional finalists in the competition, spearheaded by CBBC presenter Stefan Gates.
Each finalist receives a blender and the chance to be named the champion of the Ready Berry Cook Challenge.
The club’s recipe for a Bonfire Berry Bomb was inspired by Bonfire Night and is a berry crumble made in a foil package, cooked on a bonfire, with sparklers on top.
Kate Brayne, who led the club, said: “We wanted to show how healthy eating can be an integral part of a fun activity.”
Judges will cook the finalists’ recipes and select their winner, to get a cookery masterclass and £500 of equipment.
