A former Hilperton man who is accused of making indecent images of children is to face trial by judge and jury in May.
Simon Burrows has pleaded not guilty to two counts of making and one of possessing indecent images of children.
He also denied possessing images of extreme pornography when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court last year.
The 51-year-old was back in the dock on Friday when a trial date of May 27 was set.
Burrows, of no fixed abode, is said to have had the pictures on his computer between March and September 2012.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case for a pre trial hearing on February 7 and remanded him in custody until then.
