Hundreds of jobs could be created in a major expansion of Dyson’s headquarters in Malmesbury.

There will be a public exhibition of the proposals at Malmesbury Town Hall on Monday, February 3, between 3pm and 8pm.

Four new buildings are planned as well as a sports facility, canteen, a helipad for inventor Sir James Dyson and other VIPs, and car parking.

Representatives from the firm, which is famous for products such as its bagless vacuum cleaners and Airblade hand drier, will be giving a presentation to town councillors at a planning meeting at Malmesbury Town Hall on January 28.

Dyson up to his old tricks again, we all know he wants to develop on green belt land. His next move will be to threaten the 'loss' of 700 jobs unless he is allowed to disregard planning regulations.
Don't forget this is the same man who upped and left when he could not get his own way in Chippenham. He has even tried the same trick in Bath, whatever happened to his much vaunted Academy?
Remember this is the same man who exported all those manufacturing jobs to save on labour costs.
