A man is to face trial by judge and jury accused of sexual assault and burglary with intent to commit a sex offence.
Matthew Robinson is said to have committed the two alleged offences in Chippenham on Saturday, October 19.
Robinson, 27, pleaded not guilty to both charges when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Monday, April 14, and remanded Robinson, of Middlefield Road, in custody until then.
