A law firm representing a maintenance electrician is appealing for help following his death due to an asbestos-related disease.
Brian Farr died from mesothelioma, at the age of 86, last September.
He was employed by Ross Poultry/Buxted Poultry at the chicken factory in Sutton Benger from 1978 until 1986.
Novum Law wants to hear from anyone who worked at the factory in the same period, to assist with the case.
Mr Farr performed maintenance and repairs to the plant and machinery. Novum Law believes Mr Farr may have come into contact with asbestos dust on boilers.
Andrew Stinchcombe, a specialist asbestos disease lawyer, said: “Any assistance you can give to the family, with information about the working situation, could be very helpful.”
