A MAN who was caught selling drugs to an undercover police officer three times in just over a week has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Kevin Dunn pleaded guilty to three counts of supplying heroin when he appeared by video link at Swindon Crown Court.
The 37-year-old, who has a long history of crime, did the deals on Wednesday September 25, the following day, and Wednesday, October 2.
Martin Wiggins, defending, asked for the case to be adjourned so a pre-sentence report could be compiled on Dunn, of Laburnum Road, Pinehurst.
Recorder James Watson QC agreed and remanded him in custody until Friday, March 21, when he will face sentence.
