The case against a 67-year-old accused of a series of sex offences against two children, including rape, has been adjourned after his barrister was taken ill.
Christopher Tiley was due to stand trial at Swindon Crown Court on Monday but the case had to be put off after his barrister was hospitalised over the weekend with appendicitis.
All the offences are said to have taken place during a six-year period before last January.
Tiley, of Grasmere, Melksham, was not in court and the judge extended his bail until the new trial.
