A man who is said to have been involved in trading hard drugs has been released on bail by a judge.
Joshua Davis, 29, is accused of possessing heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply and having cannabis for his own use.
No charges were formally put to Davis and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
Davis, of Long Close, Chippenham, is said to have had the drugs on Saturday, April 27, last year.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Friday, May 16, and released him on conditional bail until then.
He told him he must observe a night time curfew with a door step reporting condition and live at his home address.
