NORTH Swindon Police are appealing for information to help them catch a flasher in the area.

Early on Monday evening there were two cases of indecent exposure in the area, one in Woodhall Park and one on Abbey Meads.

The first happened near Catmint Close, where a man who had been hiding in the bushes exposed himself to some girls in their late teens and then ran away.

Later a man jumped out of bushes near Lyme Way, dropped his trousers and masturbated in front of young women.

It’s thought it was the same offender in each case, and on both occasions he was seen near play parks.

The man is described as being white and aged between 45 and 50 years, and possibly had a bicycle with him.

The man ran away towards Bowles Road or the Sevenfields area.

Anyone who witnessed these incidents, or who has any information, should call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
