Chippenham business Easter egg appeal for the less well-off

A Chippenham recruitment business is appealing for donations of Easter eggs to give to families at the Christian outreach charity Rise Trust.
Chocolate eggs can be dropped off at the 24-7 Staffing office on Timber Street and will be delivered to the three children’s centres in time for Easter celebrations on April 20.
24/7 Staffing director Melody Thompson said: “The Rise are much more than just a children’s charity. They provide a range of services to support our community, including numeracy, literacy courses and a CV writing service helping to build confidence and supporting people back into work.
“As a recruitment business we support their values. We find there is nothing more rewarding than helping people back to work so they can support their families. The only way to reduce poverty is through jobs.”
The Rise Trust is 24-7 Staffing’s nominated charity for 2014 and they have other fundraising activities planned for later in the year.
