A man caught with drugs in the glove box of a car at a Wiltshire motorway service station has been released on bail by a judge.
Steven Kendall, 61, is said to have had cocaine and cannabis in his red Peugeot when it was searched at Leigh Delamere service station on Wednesday, September 11, last year.
He is accused of possessing class-A drugs with intent to supply and possession of a class-B drug.
No charges were formally put to Kendall, of Horfield, Bristol, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Thursday, May 29, and released him on unconditional bail until then.
