Chippenham Rotary Club was among those lending a hand to the victims of flooding in Somerset.
A small army of volunteers from several organisations are involved in sorting and distributing donations like clothing, food, drinks, cleaning materials, toilet rolls and fly spray.
The operation is based at a huge warehouse just off junction 27 of the M5.
A small team of Chippenham Rotary members and their spouses, led by Andy Inkpen, helped out at Bridgwater on Saturday, March 8.
Rick Squires, immediate past president of the Rotary Club of Chippenham, said: “Rotary Clubs have operated this on a rota basis. Of equal importance was to offer a heavy dose of tender loving care to the victims, many of whom are quite traumatised.”
