Summer date for Met Film School at Marlborough College

London's Met Film School is bringing its filmmaking camp to Marlborough College for the first time this summer.

Film buffs aged 14-17 can take part in the two-week residential programme in July. It offers young people the chance to develop their interest in filmmaking and acting.

They will have the opportunity to develop basic skills in their chosen discipline, specialising further in their main interests over the duration of the course.

Participants will spend their days trying their hand at a variety of different roles, from directing and editing, cinematography, screenwriting, animation techniques and acting for the camera.

Jonny Persey, chief executive of Met Film School, said: “This is a brilliant way for Young People to develop their horizons, whilst meeting like-minded people, as well as being able to access the knowledge of industry professionals involved in the teaching of the courses.”
