Family return to say thanks to nursery

Devizes Opportunity Centre had some surprise visitors when a family who had close links with the nursery until they moved to Yorkshire popped in to show they remembered the help they received.
Carolyn and Eric Rigg were indebted to the centre for the help it gave to their son Jack when he was a baby.
After the visit Mrs Rigg wrote: “Yesterday I had the wonderful opportunity to stop by the place I used to call home and the town I brought my twins first home to, and the wonderful people that helped make it all okay when I thought my world had ended.
“Devizes and the Opportunity Group, you will be remembered forever and hold a special place in my heart.’’ Jack, who has a twin, Jaden, and two younger sisters Cian and Kacey, is now six but for the first 18 months of his life was helped by the centre after suffering a lack of oxygen at birth.
Centre manager Betty Newman said: “It was so lovely to see them all and to know they think about us.”
The family, who now live in Harrogate, called in last Wednesday on their way to Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park in Hampshire.
