Police hunt for missing North Swindon man

POLICE are looking for a 44-year-old Redhouse man who has not been seen for over a week.

David Birley, of Eastbury Way, was last seen in the early hours of April 12 at the Premier Inn at Kembrey Park, Stratton, and is believed to have left there at around 10am.

He is described as white, with short dark hair and wearing glasses.
The police are actively looking for David in the Swindon area where he is thought to be staying locally in a hotel or guest house.

David recently moved to North Swindon for work and has links with the West Midlands and Stockport but there is no indication as to where he may have gone.

Police say he is not in any trouble and they are only concerned to make sure he is safe and well.

Anyone who may have had contact with David in the last week, or who may have information which can help officers to trace him are asked to call Wiltshire Police on 101, or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
