Police appeal for information following Trowbridge assault

Police are appealing for information following a serious assault in Fore Street, Trowbridge, which occurred at around 3.15am on April 20.
Following an altercation between a group of young men, an 18-year-old man from Westbury was punched to the face and fell to the floor.
He sustained a broken jaw, which required surgery at the Royal United Hospital.
PC Carol Lovelock said: “I would like to speak to anyone with information who was in the area at the time and may have seen this incident involving a group of males.
“It is often the case that the smallest piece of information can help with our investigation, and I believe that there may have been people in the area who witnessed the incident and may know some of the individuals involved.”
