Police were advising drivers to avoid the A350 West Cepen Way, Chippenham, early this afternoon due to two-vehicle accident on the roundabout at the entrance to Morrisons.
The road was partially blocked because of the accident, which has caused delays.
Heavy traffic was also being reported on the A3102 High Street in Wootton Bassett around the Whitehill Lane junction because of temporary traffic controls at roadworks.
